Services Global policy

Provider verification policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

What we check

Applications are reviewed for a working secure website, a plausible business identity, relevant services, country fit and evidence that the submitter may represent the business. Domain-matching business email addresses, professional registers and official memberships strengthen a review.

Approval labels

An “Approved” label means the submission passed our directory checks at the review date. It is not a government accreditation, professional guarantee or promise of service quality.

Profile claims

A claimant must identify the exact Services Global profile and demonstrate authority over the listed business. Claims do not automatically create a second listing.

Ongoing review

Listings may be rechecked, corrected, hidden or removed following changed information, complaints, unavailable websites or credible evidence of misconduct.

Provider responsibility

Providers must keep their public details accurate and must not imply that Services Global is a government body or that approval guarantees an application outcome.
